Hye is a small town in the hill country of West Texas. People know about Hye because of the local post office where Lyndon B Johnson grew up. To this day, the post office remains a town center for the locals to gather. Locals seem to love the post office just as much as they love rockabilly culture.
To give people a true taste of this rockabilly culture, we introduce them to Hye Cider. It’s true that Hye Cider Co. goes well with local gossip, hill country sunsets, and hot rods – but visitors won’t know until they’ve tasted the drink themselves.
These are specialty posters in honor of Hye Cider Barn’s one-year anniversary. I concepted the vision for each stamp with my AD partner, and then wrote the copy for each stamp.

People seeking understanding and wisdom have found it in all sorts of places. The gray-haired man sitting alone at the bar was no exception. He’s able to tell you truths about yourself you didn’t even realize until he said it. With Hye Bay in hand, he reveals the secrets of the universe as if they were common sense. You offer him a second Hye Bay, and have one yourself. Then suddenly, things start to make sense to you as well. Drink up, young grasshopper. Tonight we’re sipping wisdom and speakin’ straight truth.
